Now, for a Q & A:
++ First things first - how long will it take to get my Emmadime : knitted accessory!?
We are a small team so please allow us 2 - 2.5 weeks to make and ship your piece!!**
If you need your item rushed, let us know and we will see what we can do.
1. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase a product?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase a bow from us! Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. We gladly also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
2. What about shipping, fees, & taxes?
They will all be added through PayPal. If you want your item to be shipped priority shipping, add insurance, or add delivery confirmation - please let me know and I will add the charges via PayPal. If you reside in the state of Texas, you will have sales tax added to your purchase.
3. What if you don't offer a color that I want!?
For color requests, message us and we will try our best to make it happen!
4. Are the headbands OSFA? (one size fits all)
We have a universal size that we use for our headbands! We have never had a problem with them not fitting properly. If you are concerned about the size, message us your measurements and we can make sure it is a perfect fit!
5. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your item or if it doesn't fit correctly - please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We would be happy to take care of you - all we ask is that you handle the return shipping fees.
